Designed and built a real-time inventory synchronisation system connecting a point-of-sale ERP to two Shopify storefronts. Automated stock level updates, order processing, and reporting — eliminating manual reconciliation and preventing overselling across all sales channels. The system handles thousands of SKUs across two storefronts with real-time updates triggered by sales events at both POS and online.

Migrated an entire enterprise reporting suite of 400+ Crystal Reports from version 6 to version 2016 as part of a comprehensive Windows Server and ERP upgrade. Rebuilt every data connection, subreport, cross-tab, and formula from scratch. Validated all reports against live data before the old environment was decommissioned. Then implemented automated scheduled email delivery — replacing a fully manual distribution process that consumed hours every week.
Full planning and execution of Windows Server upgrades from 2007 through to 2019 and 2022 environments. Included Active Directory migration, DNS configuration, web server setup, VPN configuration, SSL certificate installation, and role migration with zero data loss and minimal business disruption.
