How does your quoting process work?
We start with a free discovery call to understand your project, then provide a written quote with a clear scope, timeline, and fixed price. No hourly rates or ambiguous estimates — you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before any work begins.
Do you charge hourly or fixed price?
We work on a fixed-price, scoped project basis for all standard projects — so there are no surprise invoices. For retainer clients, the monthly rate includes a set number of development hours plus priority support. Hourly rates are available for advisory or ad-hoc work outside a scoped project.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No lock-in contracts. Project work is invoiced on milestone or completion. Retainer agreements run month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We earn your ongoing business by doing good work — not by trapping you in a contract.
What if my project is more complex than the packages above?
The packages are starting points for common project types. Complex projects — multi-server migrations, large report suites, enterprise automation systems, or multi-phase development — are always scoped individually. Contact us and we'll give you an accurate, detailed proposal after a proper assessment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For larger projects we structure payments across project milestones — typically a deposit to commence, a milestone payment mid-project, and a final payment on delivery. This aligns our incentives: we need to deliver to get paid, and you're not paying everything upfront.
Do prices include GST?
All prices displayed are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to all invoices as applicable under Australian tax law. HAZON UNITY PTY LTD is GST-registered (ABN: 13 650 272 263).
